You don't need to be afraid that a recruiter filters out you for some reason. At Let'sNearshore Clients have full access to the Professional database, therefore Clients filter Professionals directly. This is why the continuous profile update is a must.
Days until the soonest start date if a Client chooses you. If you are working on a project, then you can set a more extended period, e.g., 90-180 days. It is essential to place it comprehensively and update continuously, considering that this is one of the critical elements in the scope of choosing process.
No, there is no price competition and offshore rivalry with overseas Professionals. You can add your daily NET salary based on your skills and experience. In case of a successful project, if clients are satisfied, you will get a bonus as an incentive.
If you are irresolute, you can count on us! Add your daily NET salary, which you consider as a competitive salary on the Hungarian labor market. Our colleagues do validate all daily salaries and contact you if it is needed in order to make a proposal whether it is low or high. After the validation, you will be informed by a system message that your salary is accepted.
You get system messages if you get any direct messages if you get any Skype meeting requests or at the end if you need to decide and finalize the choosing process whether or not you accept the project. Therefore, you are informed immediately of any interaction.
Clients can schedule Skype interviews with you based on your availability for interviews, which must be set up on your dashboard (Skype meeting schedule). Of course, you will be notified, and you must respond to invitations within 48hrs (exclude weekend).
No restrictions apply to the e-mail address used for registration. You must include the website of your company though, and the domain name must be identical to the one in the Contact person’s e-mail address. In plain terms, the Contact person specified by the Client may only register an e-mail address that is directly linked to the company.
After registering, you can see the full profile of the Professionals in our system, and the Save option becomes available. However, before validation, you may not see the daily fees of Professionals, and you cannot contact them.
Our validated Clients can use our Portal with full functionality. You can now create projects, use filters, see prices and fees, the extended profiles of our Professionals, and you can start looking for talents to work with.
You must create a project. The only mandatory piece of information is the name of the project. After that, you can add the right Professionals to your project.
After you have set the appropriate filtering criteria, save the professionals listed in your search results by clicking SAVE on the profile on the selected Professionals.
From your saved list of Professionals, you can select the ones you wish to contact via Direct message or a Skype interview.
Direct message: Internal, yet moderated message exchange system. By sending a direct message, you can ask important questions from the Professional. However, exchanging contact details and discussing fees with Professionals is forbidden as per our Terms and Conditions.
Skype interview: You can send Skype interview requests to Professionals whose profile you have already saved. In the request, you should provide a short description of the project, information on the estimated length of the project, and expected availability (time and day) of the Professional for the interview.
Besides you and the Professional, a moderator from Let’s Nearshore is also present.
After the Skype interview, our moderator will set the status of the interview to Completed or Another interview required. In case another interview is needed, you can send a new request on the user interface. If the status has been set to Completed, you can decide whether you wish to work with the specific Professional. We will inform the Professional of your decision via an automated message.
In case you wish to engage in a contract with a Professional, they will receive a message, following which they can accept or decline working on your project. If the professional accepts your request, you are engaged in a contract.
As long as a Professional is not in Contracted status with you, they may be approached and contracted by any other Client.
For us, Clients are equally important throughout our cooperation. For that reason, we assign a Key Account Manager to every contract, who may serve as a point of escalation for the Client through their contact person. Our goal is to ensure that the cooperation between all involved parties is as seamless as the screening process itself.
